The service provided was nothing short of phenomenal, from picking up the phone and initially making contact to being looked after by the team, specifically Melissa Barton, who kept me updated and assisted on the paperwork needed. When it came to the court room, I do not think the words exist to describe how incredible Lorraine Barton was. She was extremely personal and kind whilst also having a full and extensive knowledge of the law, she is also the primary reason for me still being able to drive now.
