“I obtained help from this firm for my first (and last) court case. They quickly replied to my query about their services and laid my options out clearly for me. I am very happy with the results of their services, and if another person has any issues with motoring-related offences, then I recommend them.”

As a team, we are committed to being honest with our clients regarding the likely outcome of their case. The stakes are high in dangerous driving matters, and our Solicitors will work tenaciously to defend you, including providing police station representation and pre-charge advice. Also, if a vehicle is found to have defective tyres, steering or brakes, these can be considered dangerous. If a vehicle is also overloading, carrying too many passengers or has an excessive load for example, you could be at risk of penalty points. These would be considered dangerous vehicle penalties as opposed to dangerous driving.

Our Immigration Law Solicitors are commercially astute, therefore, we can advise you on the the best endorsement route to take. We are fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Law Society of England and Wales, therefore, you can be confident that we are required to abide by strict regulations and levels of client care.

“Hadi Law has been excellent for me I contacted Hadi Law 2 days before my court hearing for a motor offence, and from the very start, they were detailed in explaining how they could help and what the next few days would look like for me. They not only filled me with confidence when going into my hearing, they also kept in contact throughout the whole process.

I want to say a big thank you to Katie Taylor, who was my case worker as she was excellent and I also want to say a massive thank you to James Findon, who was my assigned barrister on the day. James was great on the day of my hearing. I highly recommend Hadi Law for any motor cases.”
