Further Leave to Remain (FLR) & CoS visa Application(s)I’m 2020, due to financial challenges associated with COVID 19, I was unable to complete my school fees for a Masters program in the UK. This led to some challenges with my Tier 4 visa.Following a random search on the internet for a law firm that could help me as per visa advice, I came across HADI LAW. The way the team attended to me brought about great calm even before the firm started helping me with my applications. HADI LAW helped me to apply for Further Leave to Remain (FLR) in the UK. This gave me enough time to stay and work legally in the UK while considering different options to sort out challenges related to my visa.While FLR application was still ongoing, my wife who was outside the UK was able to secure a Care Worker visa and HADI Law supported in the visa application process which was successful. Subsequently, I applied for a dependent visa through my wife and it was successful within 2-3 weeks.Ladies and Gentlemen, I strongly recommend HADI Law. Their response time is fantastic, they are always willing to listen to your concerns and give you the support you need.

My husband recently used Hadi Law Solicitors in relation to a driving offence; which put him at risk of disqualification. My initial discussion with the advisor Mahmood was very swift and my case was allocated on the same date payment was made. Following on from a wonderful introduction, our appointed solicitor Bilal, was on hand to answer every question we had. All correspondence was handled with great care and due diligence, he made this process understandable which put our minds at ease. We are very pleased to state, my husband was not disqualified, and our Appointed Barrister, Mike we had on hand on the date of our court hearing. Recently used this firm for a driving offence and they handled my case with great care and attention. Always on hand available for the many questions I had as being my first time summoned to court. My case handler Raihana was very thorough and guided me through the whole experience from start to finish. She was really helpful in guiding me to collect the relevant evidence and documents to support my case. They also appointed a great barrister who was amazing in court. I couldn’t be more happier with the service I received from Hadi Law, I required a lot of help regarding personal matters I cannot disclose here. But Zeemal and Ivan completely went out of their way to ensure that the case I had given to them was handled quickly and discreetly. There were times I was completely unable to provide them with required documents due to an ongoing illness, but they were patient and helpful and supported me through that with great care and respect. Absolute professional service to the first day of contact until the last. Outstanding service!!! Attentive, Professional and Consistent!Katie Taylor was amazing from the moment I contacted Hadi Law. My case was very difficult and not a straight forward one .Katie went above and beyond for my case and She was very informative. I was a nervous wreck and She kept me updated and reassured giving me all the advice I needed and explaining the possible outcomes when facing the Magistrate Court as many factors weigh in the court decision ( not only the solicitors work but also the facts, evidence, statements and other elements that vary from a case to another)She instructed a phenomenal barrister (S.P) who absolutely smashed it in court , he briefed me before the hearing and discussed what was about to happen, what was expected of me and how he be proceeding. I recently used Hadi Law for speeding offences for totting up points leading to a disqualification. I found this firm by researching Google and reading reviews, so I made the call to them. From the very first call to my day in court the work was outstanding. A special mention must go to Katie Taylor who was my designated case worker. Katie contacted me and outlined the whole process from evidence gathering to letters of mitigation and the allocation of a Barrister. Katie's communication was exceptional and was in contact right up until the day prior to my court appearance. The Barrister which was allocated was very experienced and did a sterling job in court. If I had lost my licence it would have cost me my job. I am sat here writing this review still in full time employment and still in possession of my licence. Highly recommend using this company. Great service and value for money.The services weren't the cheapest, however, the services were worth every penny.
